Effective Date: The date on which you (the “Production”) click “Agree to the terms and conditions” below.
Parties: This Agreement is between Cinearthire (“Cinearthire”) and you, the Production.

By clicking “Agree to the terms and conditions”, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Evidence of Print Destruction
At the end of the rental licensing period, the Production must provide Cinearthire with evidence of destruction of all prints made from digital files supplied by Cinearthire. Evidence must be in the form of photos or a video showing the destruction.

2. Lost Print Fee
If the Production fails to provide the required evidence of destruction, the Production agrees to pay a “Lost Print Fee” of no less than £600 per file, with the exact amount depending on the artist whose work was printed.

3. Digital File Deletion
The Production agrees to permanently delete all digital files after printing and never disseminate, share, or transfer the digital file to any other person or entity in any way.

4. Print Quantity
Unless otherwise stated in writing by Cinearthire, the Production may make only one single print from each digital file.

5. Binding Agreement
By checking the “I Agree to the terms and conditions” box, you are signing this Agreement electronically. This electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
